By accessing or using FundedMind (the "Service") at fundedmind.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wanwu Yuanzhi Software Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), operating out of the People's Republic of China.
FundedMind provides algorithmic and AI-driven behavioral profiling tools designed for independent prop firm traders. Our platform generates personalized Trading DNA Reports based on responses to a 120-question psychological diagnostic assessment. These reports analyze trading behavior across 30 psychological dimensions, identify a trader archetype, and recommend strategy alignments.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Access to the Service is granted via single-use Invite Codes purchased through our checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Invite Codes. You may not share, resell, or transfer Invite Codes unless you have purchased a license tier that explicitly permits redistribution (e.g., Community Bundle). Each Invite Code may only be redeemed once.
All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is responsible for billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and checkout terms. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by Paddle based on your location.
Our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product (your Invite Code and Report), you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal for digital content begins upon delivery and expires immediately once you access or use the content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, algorithms, report templates, dimensional frameworks, and AI-generated analyses, is the exclusive property of FundedMind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use your own generated report for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDEDMIND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUNDEDMIND, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED IN LIVE OR SIMULATED TRADING ACCOUNTS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at imlaoha@icloud.com. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
