Refund Policy

1. Overview

FundedMind sells digital products — specifically, single-use Invite Codes that grant access to our Prop Firm Behavioral Audit and personalized Trading DNA Report. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of immediate digital delivery while remaining fair to our customers.

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Paddle.

2. Standard Refund Terms

We offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The purchased Invite Code(s) have not been redeemed or used on our platform.
  • You have not accessed, generated, or downloaded any psychological evaluation report associated with the purchased code(s).
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date shown on your Paddle receipt.

Once an Invite Code has been redeemed and an evaluation report has been generated, the product has been fully delivered and consumed. No refund will be issued for accessed digital content, except where required by applicable law (see Section 3).

3. EU and UK Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), without giving a reason, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded.

By completing your purchase and confirming immediate delivery of your Invite Code, you expressly acknowledge and agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal from the moment the Invite Code is delivered to your email, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations.

If you have received your Invite Code but have not yet redeemed it, you may still request a refund within 14 days by contacting us (see Section 5).

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The Invite Code has already been redeemed and the evaluation report has been generated and/or accessed.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Dissatisfaction with evaluation results. Our reports are objective psychological diagnostics based on your responses — they are not guarantees of any particular trading outcome or of passing a prop firm challenge.
  • Purchases where the buyer provided incorrect contact information at checkout, resulting in non-delivery that was not reported within a reasonable timeframe.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at imlaoha@icloud.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • Your Paddle order receipt or order number.
  • The email address used during checkout.
  • Confirmation that the Invite Code has not been redeemed (if applicable).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents you from accessing a report you have paid for — for example, a system error on our side — please contact us immediately at imlaoha@icloud.com. We will investigate and either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion, regardless of the 14-day window.
