FundedMind ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at fundedmind.com and provides algorithmic and AI-driven psychological profiling tools for proprietary trading firm (prop firm) traders. The Service is operated by Wanwu Yuanzhi Software Studio, located in the People's Republic of China. As the Data Controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: Email address, username, and password (hashed) when you register an account.
• Assessment data: Your responses to the psychological and behavioral diagnostic questionnaire (120 questions). This data is used solely to generate your personalized report.
• Transaction data: Order IDs and email addresses associated with purchases. Full payment details (card numbers, bank details) are processed exclusively by Paddle.com and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically through server logs and analytics tools.
• Communications: Any messages you send us via email for support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Service delivery (Contract): To generate your personalized Trading DNA report and deliver purchased digital products.
• Account management (Contract): To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Communications (Contract / Legitimate Interest): To send you your evaluation report, order confirmations, and respond to support requests.
• Product improvement (Legitimate Interest): To improve our diagnostic algorithms and AI models. Assessment responses used for this purpose are fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
• Legal compliance (Legal Obligation): To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. The cookies we use are strictly necessary for the operation of the Service, such as maintaining your login session and security authentication.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral targeting cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies. • Paddle.com — Our Merchant of Record for payment processing. Paddle handles all billing, tax, and payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Supabase Inc. — Our cloud database and authentication provider. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
• Resend Inc. — Our transactional email delivery provider, used to send you your report and order confirmation.
• Google LLC (Gemini API) — Our AI provider used to generate the personalized narrative sections of your report. Only anonymized behavioral dimension scores are transmitted; no personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Vercel Inc. — Our website hosting and infrastructure provider.

6. International Data Transfers

Our service operates globally, and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where such transfers involve data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Assessment data and generated reports are retained for a minimum of 2 years to allow you to re-access your report. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8). Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
